Role & responsibilities

Responsible for achieving the sales Targets Must have legal and technical knowledge Ensure the Team of Relationship managers & Sales officers are motivated and deliver on the target Experience in Affordable LAP ismust. Must know the entire channels / DSA operating in local market and ensure enrolment of DSAs. Must know the topography well

Must have thorough product knowledge.  Assertive, go getter, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.  Should be a good team player and people manager  Should be confident and self-motivated.  Must have experience in AFFORDABLE LAP  Ability to Analyze numbers and take necessary action to improve shortfalls  Ability to multi-task and deliver qualitative outputs consistently.  Good communication skills
