Dsa Manager

Position Overview: The Agent/DSA Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of agents and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). The role includes recruiting, training, and motivating agents/DSAs to meet sales targets, ensuring smooth operations, and developing strategies to expand the agency network. This position is key to driving business growth, achieving sales goals, and ensuring effective distribution channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents/DSAs.
• Implement strategies to boost sales and revenue through the agent/DSA network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents/DSAs, ensuring their loyalty and commitment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
• Maintain accurate records of agent performance, sales data.
• Identify opportunities, develop and implement strategies for expanding the agent/DSA network.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven 5+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or team leadership, preferably in an agent/DSA-based sales model.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for growth.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the financial services, insurance, or real estate sector.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
