Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Executive with experience in selling furniture and architectural products to both government and private clients. The candidate should be adept at identifying opportunities, managing sales cycles, and handling project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach government offices, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
• Participate in government tenders, bid submissions, and follow-ups.
• Present and promote modular furniture, customized furniture, and architectural products to clients.
• Develop relationships with PSUs, urban development bodies, and institutional buyers.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure project execution.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully.
• Track competitor activities and market trends in furniture and architectural product sales.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in furniture and architectural product sales, with experience in government and private projects.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes, tenders, and contract management.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience in working with architects, designers, and contractors.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and sales targets.Role & responsibilities
