We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily operational tasks, including filling out forms, maintaining form MIS, and assisting with basic functions related to mutual funds. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Form Processing and Maintenance: o Accurately complete and submit forms related to mutual fund transactions (e.g., investments, redemptions, and transfers). o Ensure that all forms are completed correctly, following internal procedures and industry regulations. o Organize and track completed forms for easy retrieval. Form MIS and Reporting: o Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to form processing and mutual fund activities. o Update and manage form MIS (Management Information Systems) to track the status of forms, submissions, and approvals. o Ensure all MIS reports are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible for the management team. Mutual Fund Operations Support: o Assist in basic operational tasks related to mutual fund activities, including record-keeping, reconciliations, and transaction monitoring. o Liaise with other departments (e.g., customer service, compliance) to ensure smooth processing of mutual fund transactions. o Address queries related to mutual fund operations and escalate issues as needed. Data Entry and Documentation: o Ensure accurate data entry for mutual fund transactions and client-related activities. o Maintain a well-organized documentation system for mutual fund-related forms and reports. o Process and file paperwork efficiently to ensure compliance with company policies. Process Improvement: o Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and contribute to process optimization initiatives. o Support the implementation of best practices for document handling and mutual fund operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Experience: o Previous experience in operations, especially within financial services or mutual funds, is a plus. o Experience with form handling, data entry, and MIS reporting is preferred. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, and reporting) and other MS Office applications. o Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products is an advantage. Soft Skills: o Strong attention to detail and accuracy. o Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
