Microsoft Power Platform

Role & responsibilities

🔹 Power Automate & Power Apps:

• Design and develop low-code/no-code automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure Services, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Power Automate workflows for business process automation.

🔹 Azure Bot Framework & Microsoft Copilot Studio:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain chatbots using Azure Bot Framework.
• Design AI-driven conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate bots with Teams, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and enterprise applications.
• Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) using Azure Cognitive Services & OpenAI.

🔹 Azure & Integration Expertise:

• Work with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, API Management to build scalable solutions.
• Implement security, authentication, and governance for Power Platform and bot solutions.
• Debug, optimize, and improve existing Power Apps, bots, and automation workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 3-7 years of experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Bot Framework.
✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for AI-driven automation.
✅ Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
✅ Experience in building and deploying chatbots in Microsoft Teams and web applications.
✅ Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, and Power BI (optional).
✅ Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, Python (preferred), and REST APIs.
✅ Strong understanding of Azure services like Azure Functions, Cognitive Services, and Logic Apps.
✅ Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, and compliance for Power Platform solutions.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

🔹 Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Virtual Agents.
🔹 Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Copilot AI customization.
🔹 Basic knowledge of RPA tools like Power Automate Desktop.
