- ,Basic understanding of HTML CSS,Proficiency in writing AmpScript codes,
- Proficiency in writing SQL codes,Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP) would be beneficial Responsible for Technical requirements gathering with Business and project teams through design, development, testing and deployment
- ,Lead the development of dynamic and personalized email campaigns by leveraging Marketing Cloud capabilities such as Dynamic/Interactive content and demonstrate proficiency in AMPScript
- ,Utilize strong SQL skills to create and optimise queries for data segmentation, targeting, personalization, and more within the Marketing Cloud platform,Develop and execute complex customer journeys through Journey Builder, driving customer engagement and achieving objectives
- ,Performance Metrics and Reporting,Establish and monitor key performance metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance and recommending adjustments for optimisation,Contribute to the creation and optimisation of Cloud Pages to enhance the overall effectiveness of the program
