JOB PURPOSE
To Solve JIG and Tooling Design Related Issue and Body Geomentry
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
KNOWLEDGE IN VEHICLE GEOMETRY
▪ 2D Drawing Reading Skill.
▪ GD&T Requirement understanding.
▪ Knowledge in 3D Measurement, Result Reading & Correlations
▪ Jig Tooling and Design Knowledge
PROCESS KNOWLEDGE
▪ Basic knowledge of Body (Welding & Hemming) Process.
▪ Knowledge of removal & refit Vehicle parts.
▪ BIW Geomentry Knowledge
ANALYSIS SKILL
▪ Ability to Analyze & solve the Quality issues in the vehicle static (Fit & Finish) , Dynamic concern, Water Sealing .
▪ Implement design changes in process.
▪ Able to do Root cause analysis with 8 step approach (QC story)
▪ Performance for achievement of Quality, Cost, & Delivery of Vehicle with targets.
COMMUNICATION & OTHERS
▪ Good Communication skills and able to tell abnormalities clearly & transparently
▪ Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
