Export Documentation Executive

Role & responsibilities

As export documentation executive, your role will be to make contracts and PI and send to buyer, follow up with buyer for LC/Payments, plan shipment as per production, make all documentation as required by buyer, liasioning with CHA/forwarder for vessel/container bookings as well as other documents required by CHA/Forwarder, check and submit export final documents in bank, other work related to shipment's/documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

prefer candidate who has worked in export oriented firms and has actually made export documents as per buyer requirement, handled LC shipments.
