Project Manager Ecommerce Product Development

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and DevOps engineers working on an Ecommerce product . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring the product meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the full product development lifecycle for the Ecommerce platform , from concept to deployment.
- Lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and DevOps engineers , ensuring seamless collaboration and communication between all team members.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for team members.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within scope.
- Work closely with product owners to gather requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings, set clear objectives, and monitor team performance, offering support and removing blockers as needed.
- Coordinate with the DevOps team to ensure that the infrastructure and deployment pipelines are optimized for continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure that UI/UX meets both technical feasibility and user experience requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide project updates, and ensure transparent communication throughout the development process.
- Ensure that the product follows industry standards and best practices in terms of security, scalability, and performance.
- Track project progress using tools such as Jira, Trello , or other project management software and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and communication strategies to drive efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager handling cross-functional teams, particularly developers, designers , and DevOps engineers .
- Strong understanding of the Ecommerce industry and familiarity with the specific challenges involved in developing ecommerce platforms.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in iterative product development cycles.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including front-end and back-end technologies, DevOps practices, and UI/UX design principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and support team members across various disciplines.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira , Trello , Asana , or Microsoft Project .
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions proactively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
