Associate Project Manager

NIIT is hiring for Associate Project Manager role for Gurgaon location

Role & responsibilities

• Undertake requirement management with client to define and decide the scope of work.
• Estimate effort and timelines for the project.
• Project planning, scheduling, reviewing/monitoring.
• Manage project budgets and ensure project profitability
• Define and communicate Project standards/metrics with mentors
• Allocation and review/monitor guidance & exposure with
• Identify key risks and create & implement mitigation plans for the project.
• Communicates regularly with client for project deliverables.
• Motivate and lead project team including setting & reviewing goals/KPAs/ targets.
• Finalizing appropriate SMEs for content.
• Work with functional teams for resource projections, planning, delivery schedules.
• Participate in key discussions with functional team leads and clients.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent Communication in English.
• Smart, Confident Candidate.
• Must have done PG Non-technical only ( MBA/M.A in Mass communication/English/Literature/Management)
• Must have zest to grow into the field of Project Management.
• 5 days working from Office.
