• Age - Min: 25 27 years
• Should be physically fit and be open for extensive traveling every month.
• Qualification: Graduate in Science/Engineering stream.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years overall experience in Process training
• Excellent interpersonal skills, soft skill aptitude, and service-oriented attitude toward all
  teammates.
• Open to work in various clusters, and regions and openness to travel basis requirement.
• Local language fluency is a must
• Preferably from Karnataka & Jabalpur
• Must possess a complete knowledge and understanding of products and quality
  guidelines for all clients programs.
• To provide weekly MIS and reports to clients on the status/progress of field training and
  resource utilization.
• Trainers to provide field training reports as per client schedule and formats
• Conduct training, refreshers, and a skill- building program
• Must read, write, and speak English
• Completion of all required forms and reports within the time frame allocated.
• Must have Retail background
• Responsible for quality and performance factors of trainees against client goals within
  OJT/Nesting Period.
