Solution Architect

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and defining technical approaches to address customer requests related to data conversions, system interfaces, custom reports, customer requested core software enhancements, and customizations. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture, data management, and integration methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, developers, and customer stakeholders to ensure high-quality and efficient implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect solutions for customer requests related to data conversions, system interfaces, custom reports, customer requested software enhancements, and customizations.
• Define best practices and standards for software implementations, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work with development teams to guide the implementation of designed solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural principles.
• Develop and oversee integration strategies for connecting nGenues software with external systems.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy during conversions and migrations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges related to customer implementations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture and design, with a focus on implementing enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation consulting.
• Strong expertise in enterprise system implementations and system integrations.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in direct customer consultation and requirements gathering.
• Prior experience supporting U.S.-based software implementations is preferred.
• Prior exposure to Microsoft Technology Stack.
