Job Description
3D Modeling & Texturing:
Create optimized, high-quality 3D models for mobile games, including characters, environments, props, and stadiums, emphasizing low-poly modeling techniques.
Lighting & Rendering:
Implement efficient lighting and rendering techniques to ensure assets look great across a variety of mobile devices.
Asset Integration in Unity:
Prepare, organize, and integrate 3D assets into Unity, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility within the game environment.
Collaboration:
Work closely with animators, designers, and developers to align assets with gameplay and technical needs.
Asset Optimization:
Ensure assets are optimized for performance and memory usage on mobile devices, while maintaining visual quality.
Art Style Consistency:
Maintain and adapt to the art style of the game, ensuring a cohesive look across all 3D assets.
Experience::
4+ years of experience as a 3D Artist in mobile gaming.
Software Proficiency:
Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max, along with experience in Unity for mobile game development.
Optimisation Skills:
Expertise in mobile asset optimization, including polycount reduction, efficient texturing, and atlas mapping. Advanced knowledge of mobile optimization techniques such as LODs, draw calls, and texture atlasing.
Portfolio:
A portfolio demonstrating relevant mobile game assets, with a focus on optimized models, textures, and in-game renderings.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with shaders, lighting for mobile, and PBR (Physically-Based Rendering) techniques suited for mobile platforms.
