We are seeking a Go High-Level (GHL) automation expert with a deep passion for AI, SaaS, and business process automation. This role is for someone who lives and breathes automation, AI-driven workflows, and SaaS product development. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing automation solutions using GHL, Make.com, Zapier, and AI-driven technologies while integrating cutting-edge LLM, RAG, and AI techniques into Chatbots and VoiceBots.

Key Responsibilities :

- GHL Automation & SaaS Development : Architect and optimize SaaS products using Go High-Level, implementing advanced automation workflows.

- Low-Code/No-Code Automation : Design and develop automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and similar tools to optimize business processes.

- ChatBot & VoiceBot Development : Build, deploy, and fine-tune AI-driven chatbots and voicebots for customer engagement and workflow automation.

- AI & NLP Integration : Implement Generative AI (Gen-AI), OpenAI models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance AI-driven automation.

- Grounding AI Chatbots : Apply grounding techniques to ensure AI chatbot responses are accurate, contextually relevant, and reliable.

- Scalability & Optimization : Continuously improve automation systems for efficiency, performance, and seamless user experience.

Key Qualifications :

- Expert-level proficiency in Go High-Level (GHL), including automation, customization, and integrations.

- Proven experience developing and scaling SaaS products with automation capabilities.

- Deep expertise in Make.com, Zapier, and other low-code automation tools.

- Strong hands-on experience with ChatBot & VoiceBot development using AI and automation tools.

- Advanced knowledge of Generative AI (Gen-AI), OpenAI, LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and grounding techniques.

- Passionate about automation and constantly exploring new AI-driven innovations.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and database management.

- Strong grasp of AI model fine-tuning and prompt engineering.

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach.
