Technical Architect - Java/Python (8-10 yrs)

Role : Technical Architect (8+ years experience)

Location : Bangalore / Remote (WFH)

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and a passion for system architecture. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in software engineering, systems thinking, and architecture design, as well as exceptional documentation skills to guide teams and stakeholders through complex designs.

Key Responsibilities :

- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architectural or design role.

- Proven experience in designing complex, large-scale, and distributed systems.

- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.).

- In-depth knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).

- Experience with micro-services architecture, API design, and integration patterns.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong understanding of security best practices and how they apply to architecture

- Excellent analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong documentation skills, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and completeness.

- Collaborative mind set with the ability to work effectively across teams.

- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of machine learning, data architecture, and/or big data technologies.

- Experience in an Agile or Scrum environment
