We are looking for a detail-oriented R2R & Accounting Associate with 4 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.

The role involves ensuring accurate and timely month-end closures, preparing management reports, and supporting compliance and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End & Year-End Closing: Assist in financial close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and other financial reports.
• MIS Reporting: Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for business insights, trend analysis, and decision-making.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to accounting policies, standards (IFRS/GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in R2R and MIS reporting processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: 4 to 5 years in R2R, GL Accounting, Financial Reporting, and MIS reporting.

• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
• Experience with MIS tools
