An IT Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, particularly for IT and technical roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the staffing needs for IT and technical roles.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals).

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT industry and technological trends to identify the most suitable candidates.

Review resumes, applications, and portfolios to identify candidates who meet the position requirements.

Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire) to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information, applications, and hiring workflows.

Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to leadership.
