Job Description:

Designation: HRBP (US)

Location: Chennai - WFO, Navalur

Experience: 5+ Years

Desired Profiles

• Maintain employee data entry and changes to HRIS system to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Administer policies and procedures, update process/policy documents as needed
• Ensured smooth workflow by maintaining 100% compliance with local, state, and federal laws along with establishing organizational standards.
• Enrolled all new employees in liaison with insurance providers and clients.
• Conducted pre-employment process including the background checks, reference checks
• Collaborate with the TA Team/IT/Payroll/Benefits/Legal teams to continually enhance the employee experience.
• Handing HR Policies like Reimbursement, Direct Billing, Referral Bonus, Anniversary Gifts.
• Assisting Attorney filing the cases with USCIS for H1B, Dependent and Spouse Visa, Filing Amendments, PERM Process and the process of Green Card. And guide Employees through all the steps of visa stamping interviews.
• Keep Employees up to date about changes in Immigration in Immigration Laws & Attending Immigration Conferences to gain knowledge about Immigration Law.
• Handle RFEs with Attorney issued by USCIS and respond them in timely manner.
• Helping team in closing NDA and other documents.
