Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Provider Network Manager to lead the development and management of a strong network of diagnostic centers, hospitals, and wellness professionals across India. The role is crucial in expanding and optimizing health checkups, vaccination programs, and wellness services for corporate clients while ensuring high service quality and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a pan-India network of diagnostic centers, hospitals, and wellness professionals.

- Establish tie-ups and negotiate rate contracts for health checkup packages based on client requirements.

- Set up appointment booking and report-sharing processes to ensure operational efficiency.

- Oversee the seamless execution of health checkups, vaccinations, and wellness programs ensuring service quality and timeliness.

- Develop and maintain a database of wellness professionals, including general physicians, dietitians, physiotherapists, gynecologists, cardiologists, psychiatrists, and fitness trainers.

- Coordinate with wellness professionals for on-site wellness activities, webinars, doctor consultations, and telehealth services for corporate clients.

- Partner with hospitals and authorized agencies to organize on-site and center-based corporate health checkup drives.

- Negotiate rates, define operational workflows, and ensure adherence to corporate client needs.

- Implement quality assurance protocols to monitor and improve service delivery standards.

- Handle partner grievances and ensure long-term relationships with network providers.

- Drive the strategic goal of building and expanding the largest partner network with the widest coverage across India.

- Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen the service portfolio.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and regulations.

- Prepare reports and provide insights on network performance, cost efficiency, and service quality improvements.

- Travel extensively across India to manage and expand the provider network.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-7 years of experience in network development, vendor management, or provider relations in the healthcare, wellness, or diagnostic sector.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain provider relationships.

- Expertise in setting up operational processes and quality management systems.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize provider networks.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India to onboard and manage partners.
