Role & responsibilities :-

• Candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in IT support.

• Proficient in providing support for Microsoft Windows server OS.

• Ability to provide technical support for Microsoft 365 solutions and applications.

• Skilled in developing technical user documentation.

• Capable of developing, maintaining, and updating Microsoft 365 governance documentation.

• Experience in implementing compliance and enforcing ownership of applications and site content with stakeholders.

• Proficient in managing Microsoft 365 security administration in collaboration with the information security team.

• Hands-on experience in Intune deployment and end-to-end support.

• Experience with Azure AD and On-Premises Active Directory migration and support at the L3 level.

• Familiarity with backup server applications such as Veritas and NT backup.
