Job Description
- Purchase Order Management:
- Creating Supplier master in ERP system
- Generate purchase orders with accurate specifications, quantities, and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor order status and follow-up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Weekly payment process with necessary approvals
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Adhere to company procurement policies and procedures, including ethical sourcing guidelines.
- Manage supplier risk by conducting due diligence and monitoring compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and address potential supply chain disruptions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key procurement metrics such as PO release time , spend analysis, supplier performance, and cost savings.
- Generate reports to provide Open orders ,deliveries
- Required Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electronics or a related field ,commerce degree can be considered.
- Experience: 3~5 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Soft Skills:
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
