Role Overview: The RevOps lead will play a central role in the company's Go-to-Market operations, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
This role focuses on optimizing workflows and delivering actionable insights through data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow and Process Improvement: Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and drive operational excellence across sales and marketing.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics for informed decision-making.
- Sales Data and Campaign Analysis: Analyse sales data and campaigns to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Territory Management: Oversee and optimize territory management processes for equitable distribution and efficient coverage.
- Marketing Operations: Oversee marketing ops functions, including email and campaign management, automation, and reporting.
- Operational Strategy: Develop short-term and long-term strategies to support revenue-driven programs.
- Ad-hoc Support: Respond to ad-hoc requests from key stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Manage and Optimize Tech Stack: Build, configure, and maintain core RevOps technologies including Salesforce, HubSpot, and other tools.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields, preferably in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in building and scaling revenue operations functions, especially in early-stage startups.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Expertise in CRM (e., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and revenue operations tools.
- A strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach, proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet business requirements and project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
