1. Job Description for MIS Executive (Special Projects Department)

• Handling order processing operations
• Stock and Inventory Management Reporting
• Handling Invoice Management
• Preparing MIS reports from various sources on a weekly and monthly basis
• Preparing monthly statements by collecting data, analyzing and investigating variances, summarizing data, information, and trends
• Proficient in using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting
• Strong capability in performing calculations including averages, percentages, and trend analysis

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education Qualification: Minimum Graduate.
• Expertise in Excel functions and formulas.
• Good analytical and mathematical skills to analyze data effectively.
• Willing to learn new skills and take challenge.

2. Job Description for MIS Executive (Accounts Department)

Preparing MIS reports from various sources on a weekly and monthly basis

Preparing monthly statements by collecting data, analyzing and investigating variances, summarizing data, information, and trends

Proficient in using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting

Strong capability in performing calculations including averages, percentages, and trend analysis

Knowledge of Sales & Purchase invoices, Debit note & Credit note

Basic knowledge of Tally

Basic knowledge of GST

Ledger reconciliation

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education Qualification: Minimum Graduate.
