Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring, and related technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and scope.
• Ensure software applications are robust, scalable, and efficient.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, and maintenance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team standards.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.

Requirements

• 6 – 9 years of development experience in the Financial Services industry or similar enterprise-level corporations.
• Intermediate level experience in Java Development, particularly with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Intermediate level experience with SQL Development and RDBMS.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka.
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like OpenShift.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and conciseness.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Skills
