Job Description:

Recruitment & Training

• Sourcing, recruiting, hiring and onboarding contract labour.
• Ensuring relevant legal medical checks
• Uniform and safety shoes available on time, along with other necessary requirements on time.
• Ensuring COBC/POSH/Safety/QA/ NCBP trainings rendered to CL.

Manpower Requirement

• Raising timely requisitions and ensuring timely supply of manpower to support shift operations.

Stakeholder Management

• Handling service provider and resolving issues, if any.
• Ensuring CL compliance being followed diligently- internal & external.
• Ensuring payment of wages- PF/ESIC/LWF/OT are being timely by the employer
• Driving CL settlements and calculations of arrears bonus.

Audit Ready

• Ensuring all documents are properly maintained to be audit ready.

Working Hour Compliance

• Maintaining attendance and ensuing work hour compliance is followed.
