International Operations Coordinator

Job Location: Primarily based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (Tashkent Medical Academy) with partial base in Hyderabad, India

Key Responsibilities:

As our International Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in representing Neo at Tashkent Medical Academy and ensuring seamless coordination between our Hyderabad office and Tashkent operations. You will manage all student services, university partnerships, and day-to-day operations while supporting students academically and personally.

• Represent Neo at Tashkent Medical Academy and serve as the primary liaison between the university and Neo.
• Coordinate daily operations and communication between the Neo management team, the Hyderabad office, and Tashkent.
• Manage student visas, registration processes, and hostel accommodation to ensure students have a smooth transition.
• Organise student engagement and entertainment activities, such as movie nights, fests, and cultural events to ensure students have a well-rounded and enjoyable experience.
• Plan and manage student events like workshops, seminars, festivals, and social gatherings that foster student learning and social integration.
• Oversee and ensure student well-being by providing ongoing guidance, helping them navigate university life, and addressing their concerns.
• Collaborate and attended meetings with the Dean, Vice-Deans and other university officials to ensure strong institutional partnerships and smooth university operations.
• Assist with academic-related works and administrative tasks like hostel management and academic registrations.
• Travel occasionally to other universities in Uzbekistan and abroad to manage Neo operations and student-related activities in different locations

• Flexibility to spend most of the year abroad, based in Uzbekistan, with 2-4 trips back to India annually for personal visits.
• Ability to build relationships with university officials, students, and Neo management to ensure smooth coordination.
• Willingness to travel internationally to other universities or countries as part of Neo’s global operations.
