Sales Engineer (Industrial Automation)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to help us sell industrial automation products like PLCs, Drives, Servo Motors, and HMIs. The ideal candidate will find potential customers, understand their needs, and suggest the right solutions. They should be able to explain technical products in a simple way and show how our solutions can benefit the customer..

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand a customer's Requirements to recommend a customized product and engineering solutions.
• Strong Technical Knowledge in automation Systems and Solutions, PLC, Automation Controllers, Drives, HMI.
• Meet customer's and deliver technical presentations to highlight how a product/service meets their requirements and generate leads.
• Develop a sales pipeline, handle sales enquiries and negotiate orders to achieve sales targets.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to build customer relationships and encourage repeat business referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of Industrial Automation.
• Previous experience in sales and achieving targets.
• Ability to explain technical products to both technical and non-technical customers.
• A minimum level of computer skills is essential, including proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Highly motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
