Area Collection Manager - Repossession Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure asset disposal compliance as per applicable guidelines under provisions of SARFAESI Act 2002
• Preparation of information sheet with full details (legal, technical, Financial) about assets in possession, precisely asset disposal MIS
• Maintenance assets in possession across branches
• Conducting regular E-Auction as per process for all assets in physical/symbolic possession
• Maintenance of relationship with collections/legal/operations team towards successful and timely execution of asset disposal activities
• Regular coordination with technical venders towards timely completion of external valuation of all assets in possession
• Ensure to publication of E-Auction sale notice
• Ensure all auction notices are regularly updated in Data.
• Need based empanelment of auction service providers towards bidder sourcing activities
• Yard management and audit of all wheels at respective location
• Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company.
• Proven soft skills in excel, word.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in collections, preferably in the two-wheeler or automotive finance industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
