Python Developer - Backend Technologies (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 8 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement functional requirements by collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders.

- Build efficient back-end features in Python, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and well-documented.

- Integrate front-end components into applications and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end teams.

- Manage testing and bug fixes to ensure smooth functioning of all systems.

- Prepare technical documentation for system architecture, code, and development processes.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform design wireframes into functional code, ensuring the application is intuitive and user-friendly.

- Coach junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and reviewing their code.

- Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements to continually enhance the product.

Requirements and Skills :

- 8-10 years of solid experience as a Python Developer.

- Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Bottle.

- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and experience building and deploying REST APIs.

- Strong understanding of databases (both SQL and NoSQL) and experience writing complex queries.

- Knowledge of JavaScript and front-end frameworks like AngularJS is a plus.

- Attention to detail with a strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
