Required Candidate Profile :

- We are seeking a skilled Rust Engineer with a strong foundation in systems programming, performance optimization, and concurrency.

- Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus, particularly in enhancing the efficiency of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) tasks.

Must Have Skills :

- Windows Internals / Services / Kernel programming

- Windows low-level / IPC programming

- Cyber security experience a big plus

- Proficiency in Rust programming language

- Solid hands-on experience with REST APIs, Docker, and OpenShift

- Strong debugging skills in Rust

- Good knowledge of DBMS concepts, SQL, and PostgreSQL

- Experience in at least three end-to-end implementations of Rust solutions

Minimum Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree/experience.

- 4+ years of software development experience in Linux environments using Rust and Bash scripting.

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude.

- Proven time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Jenkins, Gerrit, Git, and GitHub is preferred.

- Experience with enterprise-class or HPC storage systems and/or distributed systems is a bonus.

- Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
