IT Sales Consultant (India & US)
- Navtech is looking for an IT Sales Consultant who will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals for our custom software development, AI-driven solutions, ERP implementations, and digital transformation services.
- You will work with decision-makers across industries to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions that solve business challenges.
Working as an IT Sales Consultant at Navtech, you will:
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Identify and engage with potential clients in India and the US.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Consult with C-level executives, IT heads, and business leaders to understand their technology challenges.
- Present Navtech's IT services and digital transformation solutions in a compelling way.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high client satisfaction.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop & execute sales strategies to meet & exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing & service agreements. Work with delivery team to ensure successful project execution & client retention.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Provide insights on market opportunities and customer pain points to enhance our offerings.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and solution architects to craft winning proposals. Maintain sales records, forecasts, and reports in CRM systems.
Who Are We Looking For Exactly?
- Proven work experience of 2+ years as a sales consultant with a strong track record in selling custom software development, digital transformation, AI/ML, or ERP solutions.
- Experience in industries such as finance, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
- Ability to build relationships with CXOs, IT directors, and decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented, driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to business audiences.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Willingness to work in US time zones (if required) for client calls and meetings.
- Should have a Masters/Bachelors (BS) degree in Marketing or related degrees and throughout education in English medium.
