Advise on financial strategies, ensuring compliance with US tax laws, GAAP, and multi-state tax requirements.
Provide expertise in cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing, and international tax treaties.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and tax filings for US operations.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or an equivalent professional qualification.
CPA license.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with US companies, specializing in US tax laws, GAAP, and compliance.
Proven expertise in cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing, and international tax regulations.
Familiarity with multi-state tax filings, audit processes, and large corporate environments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in explaining complex financial matters to non-finance professionals.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Schedule Requirements:
Ability to work night shifts during Eastern Time, from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Quiet workspace devoid of distractions
A second monitor is preferred but not required
Emergency backup or contingency plan for technology or connectivity issues
