Client Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients,

maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Campaign Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, media, etc.) to coordinate and execute campaigns that meet client objectives and deadlines.

• Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign progression, utilizing data to offer insights and recommendations for improvement.
