Data Manager

Objectives of the role

Manage team the junior data analyst and dashboard designers who are responsible for data reporting
Develop and implement standard procedures for data quality controls

Responsibilities

Create and document data processes and data-related policies

Maintaining data integrity and security

Create summary reporting tables for various stakeholders to take real time project decisions
Proactively understand different datasets and find scope for improvement in data collection and analysis

Required skills

Degree in information systems or related field.

Proficiency with database languages such as MySQL

Data collection tools such google forms, ODK, Kobo etc.

Advanced excel knowledge is an added preference 

Experience in farmer and agriculture related datasets

Experience in managing teams  

Good interpersonal skills
