Job Description:

The FP&A Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis functions for multiple client companies, ensuring data accuracy, ERP system efficiency, and strategic decision support. This role requires deep experience with ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Intacct, SAP, etc.) and strong communication skills for engaging with American clients and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning (30%):

- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning for client companies.

- Provide strategic insights and business recommendations based on financial data.

Advanced Financial Analysis & Reporting (25%):

- Drive financial performance analysis, scenario planning, and decision support.

- Present financial reports and key insights to senior executives and clients.

ERP System Leadership & Data Integrity (20%):

- Manage and optimize ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Intacct, SAP, etc.).

- Ensure accurate financial data reconciliation across platforms and accounts.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Communication (15%):

- Build strong relationships with American clients, understanding their financial needs.

- Provide clear and actionable financial insights to C-level executives.

Process Improvement, Automation & Compliance (10%):

- Implement automation tools (Power BI, Tableau) to enhance financial efficiency.

- Ensure financial processes comply with regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

- 7-10 years of FP&A experience, preferably working with external client companies.

- Advanced expertise in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Intacct, SAP, etc.).

- Strong leadership, financial modeling, and business partnering skills.

- Exceptional communication skills for working with American clients and executives.
