Job Description
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels in local darkstores to meet demand forecasts
- Collaborate with Deep CF s/ local vendors to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand accurately.
- Implement strategies to mitigate stockouts and overstock situations.
- Work closely with the logistics and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of inventory management with hyperlocal delivery operations.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to align inventory levels with promotional activities and seasonal trends.
- Identify and implement best practices in inventory management to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Streamline processes to improve stock accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
- Train and mentor team members on inventory management best practices and tools.
- Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes accuracy and accountability.
- Background in Inventory Operations, Supply Chain Management for an ecommerce/ hyperlocal player.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management or operations, preferably in hyperlocal or e-commerce sense.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
