Manager / AM - Product & Implementation

We are hiring Assistant Manager / Manager - Product & Implementation(HIS/HIMS).

Role & responsibilities

• Drive implementation of the product with the clients starting from Requirement collection to User Acceptance testing, Go live and immediate post go live support.
• Build and manage relationships at multiple levels of client organizations, from frontline staff to C-level stakeholders during the implementation project.
• Facilitate client demos and analyze business requirements covering various functional scenarios and client-specific use-cases.
• Own the project documentation including functional specifications, user manuals and support documents.
• Define and manage the timeline for the project, in line with the client expectations.
• Provide Key User Training and support the client to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan.
• Solid understanding of database and hands-on with SQL queries.
• Good understanding of hospital functions like OPD, IPD, Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology, Inventory/Stocks, Finance, Insurance etc.
• Must be open to Travel on short notice.
