Deputy Manager - Learning and Development

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
• Design training curriculum within time line.
• Produce physical and digital educational material
• Onboard new Hires to organization
• Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
• Monitor objectives and results
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
• Report on impact of training programs
• Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum
• Handle product training sessions for employees at Regional Learning center.
• Work in cohesion with leadership in improving productivity
• Travel to Various location assigned as part of training responsibility
• Attend training programs organized for trainers periodically to cater to the training needs of the staff.

Preferred candidate profile

• Idea about the sales, underwriting Knowledge, types of fraud on the market etc in personal / Business loans / other lending business.
• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid communication and presentation abilities
• Additional certification in training is an added advantage.
