  • Urgent hiring - Collection Manager
  • We seek an experienced and committed Regional Collection Manager at Muthoot Finance Ltd.
  • Onsite Full-time
  • Roles and responsibilities:
  • Allocation of monthly PL pending cases to all branches in the Ahemdabad region
  • Managing collection executives and assigning them monthly collection targets
  • Resolving personal loan customer issues, such as double-debited EMIs and incorrect loan closing amounts
  • Providing details and resolving issues related to overdue charges
  • ■Clearing issues related to overdue charges that affect customers CIBIL scores
  • Desired Candidate Profile
  • ■ A graduate with a bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry (Minimum 2 years)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ■ Proficient in MS - Excel
  • Location: Ahemdabad ( Gujarat )
