Chartered Accountant (1-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Chartered Accountant with 1-5 years of experience in the audit domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong auditing skills, financial acumen, and compliance knowledge to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits as per regulatory requirements

- Review and assess financial statements for compliance with accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS, GAAP)

- Identify risks, deficiencies, and areas for process improvements in financial reporting

- Ensure adherence to internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary

- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders

- Assist in tax planning, compliance, and filing of returns (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.)

- Support forensic audits and fraud detection activities when required

- Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial consultants

- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing standards

- Ensure documentation and maintenance of all audit-related work papers and reports

- Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance

- Evaluate operational efficiencies and suggest cost-saving measures

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory

- 1-5 years of experience in audit, statutory compliance, or financial reporting
