Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by calling leads, understanding customer needs, and managing the sales process. Your ability to close deals and meet sales targets is essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales Calls: Reach out to new and existing leads via calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate interest in our services.
  • Customer Communication: Build rapport with prospective clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers are satisfied with our services, leading to repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and improve client relationships.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in BSc, BBA, MBA, or MSc.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 months to 5 years in target-based sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to build rapport quickly, understand client requirements, and close sales effectively.
  • Competency: Strong listener, highly motivated, and driven to achieve targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services or related fields is a plus.
