Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant with 2-5 years of

experience in cost accounting within the pharmaceutical industry (domestic sales). The

ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel and a solid understanding of cost

structures, pricing, and financial analysis. This role will be responsible for monitoring and

controlling costs, analyzing profitability, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Analysis & Control: Analyze cost structures, prepare cost reports, and ensure

cost efficiency in domestic pharma sales operations.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, cost statements, and MIS

reports for management.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Participate in budgeting exercises, cost planning, and

financial projections.

• Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls,

and company policies.

• Excel & Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables,

VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) to analyze large datasets and generate insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• BCom graduate with 2-5 years of experience in cost accounting.

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry (domestic sales) is preferred.

• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, data analysis, automation).

• Knowledge of cost accounting principles, and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SAP
