Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage admission counselling process from lead generation to enrollment.
  
• Conduct cold calls to generate leads and convert them into potential students.
  
• Provide career counseling to students on various courses offered by the institution.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and convincing abilities.
  
• Meet sales targets by generating revenue through successful admissions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Student Counseling, or related field.
  
• Strong convincing ability with excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating revenue growth.
  
• Proficiency in using technology for lead generation, management, and conversion.
