SAP Document Management System Designer

Role & responsibilities

1. Understand the business needs around the Document Management

2. Design & Develop the solution in S/4, document the solution, involve in all testing, go-live and post go-live support activities

3. Collaborate with other designers and developers in designing and developing end-to-end solution

4. Involve in business requirement collection, work with architects and experts to design the to-be solution

Preferred candidate profile

• A university degree or a diploma from a specialized school
• 5 -10 years relevant experience in SAP Document Management System implementation preferably with ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANA.
• Hands-on experience in full implementation projects primarily as DMS designer.
• We are looking for all round experts that have experience from requirements gathering to setting up the entire lifecycle of Document Management along with access control
• Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing are important as the work requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners globally while documentation is utmost important to ensure that we have the requirements clearly aligned with the business stakeholders.
