Role & responsibilities
Strategic
1. Facilitate the development of regional sales strategy in collaboration with Regional Director, Sales by providing a thorough analysis on the opportunities, market characteristics and potential of the operating zone
Operational
1. Implement the annual operating plan for the sales of the specific zone
2. Understand the regional characteristics & trends in the Healthcare and formulate strategies to effectively approach and achieve the referrals from OBG specialists
3. Oversee the BD executives in approaching the targeted number of OB-GYN specialists and directly meet important OBG specialists to establish the initial rapport
4. Follow-up with the newly generated leads/ newly approached OB-GYN specialists and persuade them for a tie-up with NOVA in referring the patients to NOVA
5. Drive the engagement of referral OBG specialists/ Doctors in the zone, address their grievances and ensure referral bonus is paid in-time by coordinating with Finance team
6. Maintain center level sales statistics and regularly updating the same
7. Assist Regional Marketing Director as well as Center Heads in rolling out the center level marketing initiatives
8.Overall in charge of BTL marketing activities for the Centres/ centre assigned to the resource. These include conceptualizing and implementing various kinds of BTL activities such as camps, supporting OPDs and conducting the same at the locations per plan
9 Market mapping - Identifying market opportunities in and around the units and making a monthly/ quarterly plan for conducting camps
10. Identifying hospitals / associations / venues where camps can be conducted. Tieng up with them including commercial terms etc. so that camps can be undertaken
-Tieng up with local vendors / partners for conducting promotional activities
- Auto announcement
- Leaflet distribution
- SMS/ WhatsApp communication
Traffic branding/ signages/ local hoardings etc
- Advertisement in Local cable channel
11. Making monthly camp activity plan and informing / aligning every body in the centre, Managing activities as per pre planned budget.
12. Working closely with the doctor engagement team to conduct BTL activities / recruit centres for activities, Explore opportunity to activate marketing in corporate accounts for Nova across cities as required
13. Coordinating with PR team for events/ activities for local units if required
