Role Objective:
The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, growing the Contract manufacturing business for North region by getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing entire P&L for Pan India for general Fabrication business, inclusive of Topline and Bottom line metrics
- Formulate strategy for business growth with key drivers
- Large Customer Acquisition and execution
- End to end Customer Value Delivery
- Zero to one strategic initiatives being piloted
- Formulating business plan for development and growth of the organization through branding & customer positioning.
- Steering entire business directions, ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives.
- Ramping up internal systems including supply chain, customer success etc.
- Leading a team of Sales + Sourcing + KAMs + Ops
- Building high degree of partnership with customers and Suppliers
Job Description:
Key Stakeholders:
Internal Sales, Account Management & Supply chain teams To ensure order fulfillment & Customer NPS
External Finance, Technology & HR For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors, customers and team members
Qualification & Experience Essential/ Desirable:
Work Experience 7+ years of experience in Sales, Account management and Operations in B2B segment.
- Exposure from industries like general Fabrication, EPC, Construction would be required.
- P&L management is a must
- Should have led large teams Essential
- Start-up experience would be an added advantage.
Desirable Knowledge/ Skills High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. Hustler attitude and a zeal to get things done
Essential:
- Understanding of Industrial sector & its Supply chain Essential
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills Essential
Education : B. Tech
Essential : MBA from Tier 1/2 institute Essential
