Job Description

You will work as an individual contributor closely with our Sales Head and collaborate with the sales team to showcase Bizom's impact in the CPG and FMCG industry!

Responsibilities:

- Own the entire sales process, driving deals home with enterprise clients from start to finish. Beat monthly and quarterly targets by selling BIZOM solutions to enterprise accounts in your assigned markets, with a focus on landing new business.

- Scout key markets, craft killer go-to-market strategies, and build a list of top target accounts ready for action.

- Explore client pain points, craft customized solutions that showcase BIZOM's value, and create compelling value cases through value-based selling.

- Partner with global MNCs to spearhead digital transformation, using BIZOM's solutions to make a big impact across countries.

- Lead the entire sales journey by collaborating with internal teams like Engineering, Product etc, as well as external partners and stakeholders, to close deals effectively.

- Tap into your network and industry insights to build a strong sales pipeline, while hitting accurate forecasts and exceeding quarterly revenue targets.

- Collaborate with leadership, including the founders, to fine-tune strategies and boost enterprise growth

- Position BIZOM as a category leader, showcasing the game-changing impact of our solutions in enterprise ecosystems.

- Harness data to decode client needs, sharpen ICPs, and supercharge your targeting for maximum impact.

SKills Required:

- Proven Enterprise Sales Expertise with 7+ years of success in closing high-value enterprise deals, preferably in SaaS.

- Engage with C-level executives, understand their challenges, and deliver tailored solutions through consultative selling.

- Build and expand networks to connect with key decision-makers.

- Create and manage a high-quality pipeline that drives revenue growth.

- Engage stakeholders with excellent communication and compelling presentations.

- Highly motivated to crush targets and always aim higher
