Client Management Specialist
- We are seeking an experienced Client Management Specialist to manage client relationships, ensure service excellence, and drive business success.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client servicing, stakeholder management, and process optimization within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee client onboarding, contract management, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery and issue resolution.
- Monitor client account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct client reviews, feedback sessions, and business strategy meetings to enhance engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and client expectations.
- Prepare and present client reports, performance analytics, and strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with senior management to drive continuous improvements in client management strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-9 years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success roles.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in handling multiple clients in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, client reporting, and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive client success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT, healthcare, finance, or consulting industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of contract management, SLAs, and KPI tracking.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and analytics tools.
