Team Lead - Revenue Assurance & Analytics - CA (10-14 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead for our Revenue Assurance & Analytics team in Airoli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue streams, utilizing analytical skills to drive improvements in processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue Assurance: Oversee and manage revenue assurance activities to identify, analyze, and mitigate revenue leakage and ensure the accuracy of billing processes.

- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze revenue data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance revenue performance.

- Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on revenue assurance findings, analytics, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve revenue assurance processes, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance accuracy and efficiency.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional development.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment on revenue-related initiatives and support business objectives.

- Compliance: Ensure that all revenue assurance practices comply with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

- Project Management: Lead and participate in special projects related to revenue assurance and analytics as needed.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic background, specifically 1st or 2nd attempt qualifications.

- 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in revenue assurance, analytics, or finance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SQL, or other analytical platforms.
