Job Role:
- The Manager Corporate Sales will lead the Pan India corporate sales strategy for our audio brand, focusing on the gifting, institutional sales and brand alliances verticals.
- The role demands a seasoned professional from an electronics industry with a strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics, corporate gifting ecosystems and strategic partnerships.
- The individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, creating alliances and delivering innovative sales solutions in line with market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Gifting & Institutional Sales:
- Drive sales of audio products for corporate gifting and institutional clients.
- Develop and execute a targeted approach for large-scale gifting campaigns during events and festivals.
- Customize solutions based on client needs, ensuring alignment with the corporate branding requirements.
Strategic Account Management:
- Identify and engage key accounts, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers with the corporates, institutions and agencies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and delivery excellence.
Brand Alliances & Partnerships:
- Establish strategic alliances with corporate brands, e-commerce platforms and other key partners.
- Identify cross-promotional opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align promotional activities with business goals.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Develop and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track leads and monitor conversions.
- Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, market analysis and competitor benchmarking reports.
Market Insights & Strategy:
- Analyse corporate buying trends, emerging markets and competitor activities.
- Recommend pricing strategies, discount structures and promotional offers tailored to the B2B audience.
- Keep abreast of technological advancements and integrate product knowledge into sales pitches.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Technical Sales Expertise:
- Proficiency in solution-based selling and negotiating bulk contracts.
- Knowledge of key sales terminologies like RFPs, RFQs, procurement cycles and deal closures.
Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of the electronics and audio technology industry, including product specifications and use-case selling.
- Experience in channel sales management, distribution networks and corporate partnerships.
Communication & Negotiation:
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to pitch to CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals and manage pricing dynamics.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to perform market segmentation, evaluate ROI and devise tactical campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with sales analytics tools and KPIs like CLV, ARR and Churn Rate.
Collaboration & Self-Management:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in an IC role with self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably from the electronics industry in the audio/technology/Product.
- Proven track record of managing Pan India sales and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in corporate gifting verticals and creating strategic alliances is a must.
